Job Description:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Sr. Procurement Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will spearhead strategic initiatives, lead complex software projects, and provide unparalleled supply chain expertise. They will collaborate with department leadership to align procurement strategies with business objectives, drive organizational change, and mentor and develop team members. The role demands experience in ERP integrations, a proven track record in project management, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to seamlessly integrate procurement strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Drive and oversee high-impact strategic initiatives to align business needs with cutting-edge technological solutions, with a particular emphasis on optimizing and managing Jaggaer procurement tools.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of software implementation projects, from strategic planning and innovative design to flawless deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring seamless ERP integrations and superior data integrity.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams on supply chain best practices, shaping and influencing company-wide procurement strategies. Measure success through key metrics such as spend under management, supplier performance, procurement cycle time, and cost savings.
  • Oversee and manage the ongoing operations of the Jaggaer procurement tools, including day-to-day maintenance, configuration updates, and the deployment of additional functionalities post-implementation.
  • Drive organizational change and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Ensure the successful execution of procurement and supply chain projects, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of education. (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in a senior role, with a distinguished track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
  • Must have expertise in ERP systems, including Jaggaer, Oracle, and/or SAP, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build robust relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
