Job Description:

A major global tech company is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement Specialist to support its recruitment services category. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, and fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage procurement workflows independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle for recruitment services, including purchase requests, PO execution, and vendor coordination
  • Conduct market research and data analysis across staffing, executive search, and background check industries to support sourcing decisions
  • Support competitive bidding processes, including documentation preparation and bidding coordination
  • Maintain accurate and organized procurement records across ERP and OA systems
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience; recruitment or professional services category preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP/OA systems for data tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) — required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
