YOUR MISSION

As a Procurement Specialist at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain in procurement of goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit. This role will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes and act as an advocate across the business. This role will require someone who wants to dig in, design the processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who can demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing sourcing and procurement strategies - Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures to optimize price, delivery, and terms
  • Ensuring compliance with ethics and procurement policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with internal customers to forecast needs and develop supply chain strategies to support key projects
  • Managing key suppliers to ensure they are compliant to all relevant policies and provide their goods and services on schedule and within budget
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and basic contract terms with suppliers to support cost, delivery, and quality targets
  • Issue and manage purchase orders for materials, components, MRO items, and services to meet production requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement of procurement processes, including collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Amend PO's if/when necessary to resolve delinquent payment issues through Accounts Payable
  • Maintain status reports of Purchase Requisitions in queue, assist requisitioners to submit compliant requisitions
  • Ensure requisitioners address payment blocks weekly
  • Identify cost savings opportunities
  • Obtain delivery information from vendors
  • Monitor Purchase order report and close out POs as necessary.
  • Participating in special projects and other tasks, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree and two years of prior relevant work experience or in absence of a degree
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills required for the orderly stocking of operating supplies
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and the Aerospace Industry

COMPENSATION  

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.

  • Work Location— This position will be onsite at our Gravity Works Facility, located in Centennial, CO with the potential for limited hybrid opportunities in the future.
