- Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
- Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
- Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of total related experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field of study
- 7+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
- 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
- 7+ years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
- Experience in US-Government, FAR-compliant proposals
- Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
- Experience drafting, negotiating and executing contracts and subcontracts
- MRO/Services experience
