We are seeking a, Head of Private Equity Sales, who will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This candidate will be a visionary and commercially driven sales leader who will build our Private Equity Sales Function from the ground up. This role is responsible for creating a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion targeting Private Equity (PE) firms and unlocking value across their

Portfolio Companies.

As, Head of PE Sales, you will design and execute a strategy that positions our solution as a strategic cost optimization lever for PE operating partners, deal teams and portfolio executives. You will own the full sales lifecycle from firm-level relationship building to portfolio-level deal execution.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong executive presence, a deep understanding of enterprise value creation and the ability to align our offering with the financial and operational goals of PE stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the PE Sales Function – Define the strategy, operating model and KPIs for a new business unit focused on private equity
  • Develop and Expand PE RelationshipsEngage directly with PE firm operating partners, procurement leaders, and deal teams to position our solution as a portfolio-wide value creation lever.
  • Drive Portfolio Penetration Create frameworks for scaling across portfolio companies, including playbooks, sales enablement tools and cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work with marketing, product, and legal and customer success to build tailored campaigns and ensure smooth implementation across the portfolio.
  • Establish PE-Specific Commercial Models Develop firm-wide pricing models, volume-based agreements, and creative deal structures that support accelerated adoption
  • Deliver Revenue Growth & Strategic Insight Own and exceed bookings targets, while also contributing strategic insights to executive leadership on PE trends, feedback, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic PE partnership experience with a proven track record of building and scaling new business functions
  • Experience selling into C-level stakeholders, especially CFOs, CIOs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder deals with long-term strategic value
  • Exceptional executive acumen and storytelling ability
  • Strong analytic and planning skill – comfortable with pipeline, forecast and performance rigor

 Professional Experience

  • 10 years + of experience with Private Equity ecosystems and consulting, or systems integrator role engaging with large high-tech organizations.
  • 10 years of experience in SAP and Oracle ERP technology and core functionality
  • Deep understanding of ERP architecture and IT requirements, carveout and data divestiture processes.
  • Deep experience in corporate Information Technology around ERP and related IT systems.  Knowledge of ERP technology infrastructure, architecture and IT best practices on prem and in a cloud (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience in identifying and cultivating business strategies, drivers and value principles as they apply to enterprise ERP IT transformation objectives.
