Job Summary
As a Senior Associate Project Manager in JPMorgan Private Client, you will report to the Client Experience Support Lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives that support the divisional agenda. You will collaborate with key partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of businesses using your strong communication and project management skills to deliver results and enhance the client experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the JPMorgan Private Client business.
  • Collaborate with partners across the Affluent segment and other lines of businesses to drive project success.
  • Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Direct project activities, monitor details, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
    Conduct root cause analyses and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Identify and document best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership.
    Participate in operational and project meetings, providing feedback on project status and serving as the escalation point to keep projects on track.
  • Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Identify risks and escalate project issues promptly, helping to resolve them effectively.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, and Business Banking teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of executive management.
    Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations for executive audiences; strong skills in Word and Excel.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services or banking environments.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
