Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education and Experience for this Position:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, software, mathematics, or related field
- 8 years relevant work experience with a BS degree, or
- 6 years of relevant work experience with an MS degree
- Detail oriented leader with the ability to establish and maintain foundational data and contract data management disciplines
- Experience drafting, routing and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence
- Familiarity with requirements management, or willingness to learn DOORS
- Familiarity with systems modeling, or willingness to learn Cameo/MagicDraw
- Experience operating under a variety of changing technical, operational, and programmatic network classifications and environments
- Familiarity with SysML and UPDM, or willingness to learn SYSML and UPDM
- Demonstrated self-discipline to plan and prioritize their own work
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in computer science, software, mathematics, or related technical field
- DoW related experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills
- Managerial experience operating in a high tempo environment
- Experience with DoW acquisition programs
- Digital Ecosystem and or Digital Engineering understanding, development, and knowledge-based application
- Experience or familiarity implementing architectural frameworks using SYSML
