What You Will Do:

  • Provide contractual guidance in relation to non-disclosure agreements, to cross functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies.
  • Professionally represent Collins Aerospace on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Support the analysis of non-disclosure agreements, and related general contract administration.
  • Effectively manage contractual scope and terms and conditions to ensure the non-disclosure agreement is followed compliantly.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues as they may arise.
  • Facilitate and ensure communication and coordination with the internal/external customer program team.
  • Adhere to and comply with standardized corporate procedures and compliance documentation.
  • Disseminate (“Flowdown”) customer contractual requirements within the organization.
  • Act as liaison between internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work autonomously with oversight.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to manage a high volume of non-disclosure agreements simultaneously ranging from company-wide strategic non-disclosure agreements to smaller niche non-disclosure agreements.
  • Experience in contracts negotiations, execution, and administration of various contracts aspects, including price, Statement of Work, terms and conditions.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) requirements.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects of non-disclosure agreements and risk quantification.
  • Ability to multi-task with routine and complex non-disclosure agreement activities while responding to emerging quick response activities.
  • Experience with direct engagement with external customers.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
