Lead cradle-to-grave contract management for the JPALS program: proposals, negotiations, administration, change management, invoicing coordination, compliance with FAR/DFARS/TINA, risk mitigation, audits, and contract closeout while partnering with legal, program management, and cross-functional teams.

Engage stakeholders and periodically travel to support program delivery.

Lead a 20+ person regional team managing classified local and wide area networks. Accountable for operational delivery, strategy, roadmaps, metrics, budgets, security/compliance, incident/change/configuration management, workforce planning, and stakeholder alignment to ensure secure, reliable, and supportable network services.

Lead a team of finance analysts supporting the APG-82 international radar development portfolio. Manage period-close, earned value/EVM reporting, baseline planning, EACs, forecasting, SRO/AOP/LRP planning, risk/opportunity development, contract execution support, and financial policy implementation. Drive process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and provide analysis for senior management and customer meetings.

Administer and maintain Windows and Red Hat Linux systems for classified programs, including server/storage management, authentication/AD, backup/restore, software installs, troubleshooting, cybersecurity coordination, and occasional off-hours support. Ensure systems meet DoD security requirements and obtain required certification.

Lead cost and schedule control for government contracts: develop LREs/EACs, support EVMS, prepare executive financial reporting, set up SAP (APEX) contract structures, perform FP&A forecasting and variance analysis, support proposals and 5-year/AOP planning, and collaborate with cross-functional program teams.

The COMSEC Manager oversees Communications Security support, manages compliance and operations for securing sensitive information, and collaborates with departments, requiring extensive experience in DoD and NSA practices.

Provide cost, schedule, and financial control support for the SM-3 IB production program. Develop EACs and LREs, report Earned Value metrics, perform funding analysis, forecasting and variance reporting, prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, maintain program financial baselines, and partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve cost and schedule issues.

Administer and maintain Teamcenter production systems (14.x/2506), troubleshoot outages, deploy and upgrade instances, optimize performance and SQL databases, manage integrations (T4S, CAD, AWS), provide Level 2/3 support, document configurations, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams. Hybrid role with Pacific Time hours and occasional after-hours/weekend support.

Lead Windows systems administration in classified environments: manage NetApp storage, backups, VMware virtualization, Windows and RHEL systems, troubleshoot complex issues, support cybersecurity requirements, produce documentation and training, and ensure compliance with DoD certification requirements. Must be onsite and hold an active transferable Top Secret clearance.

Manage COMSEC operations including preparing/loading INE encryptors and secure voice devices, ordering and maintaining COMSEC equipment and keys, tracking supersessions, performing software upgrades, conducting inventories, compliance validations, and incident reporting/investigations, and submitting accounting reports to the NSA COR.

Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise security infrastructure. Manage an infrastructure engineering team, drive Zero Trust and cloud security, establish engineering standards, oversee deployment of identity, gateway, endpoint and DevSecOps solutions, and partner with cross-functional security and architecture teams to ensure resilient, compliant infrastructure.
