Lead product strategy and execution for Latin America growth: identify local market opportunities, own the end-to-end trading user journey across app and web, define regional roadmap, analyze user behavior to improve conversion and retention, and collaborate with design, engineering, data, BD, marketing and operations to launch and measure localized trading experiences.
OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
OKX is expanding its presence across Latin America, and we're looking for a locally embedded Product Manager to drive market growth in the region. This role sits at the intersection of local market strategy and product execution — you'll identify business and product opportunities unique to LatAm, shape how we localize the trading experience, and own the end-to-end user trading journey for the region.
This is not a "translate and ship" role. We need someone who deeply understands how LatAm users discover, onboard, trade, and grow — and who can turn that understanding into product decisions that move our regional metrics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Local Market Opportunity & Strategy
- Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including regional payment rails, local trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the LatAm crypto and fintech landscape — including key competitors, user segments, regulatory trends, and macro factors that influence trading adoption.
- Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to LatAm user segments (e.g., first-time crypto users, active retail traders, remittance-driven users).
- Partner with regional BD, marketing, and operations teams to align product initiatives with local growth objectives.
User Trading Journey Ownership
- Own and optimize the full user trading journey across APP and WEB — from discovery and onboarding (Markets, Chart analysis) through execution (Order placement, Chart trading, Position management) to post-trade review (Asset analysis, Trading journal).
- Define and execute the product roadmap for trading experience improvements in the region, balancing global platform capabilities with local user needs.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback specific to LatAm markets to identify pain points and high-impact opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Develop strategies to serve diverse user profiles — from advanced traders to speculative and novice traders — adapting the product to their distinct preferences and requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to translate user insights into shipped product features and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize trading interface layout and usability, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure efficient feature implementation, maintaining a balance between innovation and operational feasibility.
- Measure the impact of product initiatives through well-defined metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record in consumer-facing product, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
- Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web — including the needs and behaviors of different trader personas.
- Strong ability to translate user research and local market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
- Excellent product sense, attention to detail, and a history of shipping products that users love.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to prioritize, validate hypotheses, and measure outcomes.
- Proven cross-functional leadership — able to align design, engineering, data, and commercial teams around a shared vision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Nice-To-Haves
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Candidates who can engage with LatAm users and stakeholders in local languages will have a strong advantage, though this is not a strict requirement.
- Direct experience in the Latin American market — understanding of local user behaviors, payment ecosystems, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances across the region.
- Hands-on trading experience in FX, stocks, or crypto.
- Familiarity with technical analysis tools and charting platforms.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams with cross-regional collaboration.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive total compensation package
- L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
- Various team building programs and company events
- Wellness and meal allowances
- Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
- More that we love to tell you along the process!
