Owns OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversees complaints governance, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause remediation, executive reporting, and regulatory responses across jurisdictions. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Support, Product, Operations, Risk, and senior stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, address systemic issues, maintain controls, and track remediation through closure.

Lead brand design across identity, campaigns, web, social, events, and product. Own creative work end-to-end, streamline production, evolve brand guidelines, mentor teammates, and partner with global stakeholders to ensure design consistency and excellence.
