Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is the leading SaaS platform powering the trades — with over 15,000 customers and $800M+ in revenue. We’re a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: TTAN) on a mission to help contractors grow and scale their businesses through operational excellence, real-time insights, and exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Reporting & Analytics product line — a core pillar of value in our platform. Reporting helps our customers understand key performance indicators, optimize operations, and make better decisions.

You will partner with design, engineering, and data science to define the future of analytics at ServiceTitan — including dashboards, KPIs, exports, and data sharing. You will deeply understand customer workflows and data needs, evaluate our architecture and capabilities, and drive innovation in self-serve analytics, embedded dashboards, and external data integrations.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve the vision, roadmap, and execution for ServiceTitan’s Reporting & Analytics platform

  • Deeply understand customer needs across verticals through interviews, usage data, and feedback

  • Partner with engineering and data platform teams to build and maintain scalable, performant reporting foundation and features

  • Own vision and roadmap of our reporting APIs and align with leadership, cross-functional partners, and customers on our data extraction strategy

  • Subject matter expert on competitive landscape of business intelligence and reporting capabilities

  • Lead design and development of a BI connector strategy and embedded dashboarding user experience

  • Partner with internal professional services team to provide cutting edge reporting capabilities for ad-hoc customer needs

  • Lead vision and strategy relation to data cloud and customer-owned data warehouses

  • Define and track key product success metrics related to usage, performance, and customer outcomes

  • Communicate vision, roadmap, and execution clearly across leadership and cross-functional partners

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on B2B SaaS data products, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Proven track record of success in defining and shipping complex platform or infrastructure products at scale.

  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with and earn the respect of engineering teams. Experience with data warehousing, APIs, and large-scale data systems is a plus.

    • Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Mode)

    • Data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

    • Data lakes and ETL pipelines

    • Reporting frameworks and scalable data architectures

    • External data export / API needs of enterprise customers

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.

  • Excellent stakeholder management  and executive presence, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward a common goal.

  • Strong user empathy and storytelling ability, especially with data-heavy products

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
