ServiceTitan powers billions of dollars in financing every year, and we are looking for a Principal Product Manager to take it even further. In this role you will go deep into FICO bands, rate cards, dealer fees, etc., to design financing products that are seamless for both contractors and consumers. We are looking for someone who thrives on turning complex systems into intuitive, high-impact products that redefine how contractors and homeowners access financing.


As the Principal Product Manager of Financing, you will own the end to end vision for ServiceTitan’s Financing products, building an industry-leading experience for the Trades that offers seamless first and second look, and no credit options; plus contractor tools that simplify approvals. This role presents the opportunity to shape products that increase a contractor’s revenue potential, while making it easier for homeowners to access funding for comfort, safety, and efficiency in their homes.


What you'll do:

  • Build the vision and roadmap for our Financing products, translating customer and consumer needs into product capabilities.

  • Define the strategy and vision for industry-leading Financing offerings, processes, and optimization capabilities.

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer interactions and online community.

  • Lead an XFN team of designers, engineers to to deliver an exceptional product experience, with a focus on quality.

  • Drive product success and adoption by coordinating with marketing and GTM teams to create launch plans and campaigns.

  • Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty with execution and still being able to zoom out and have a strategic conversation with the GM and C-staff when needed.

  • Develop a strategic vision for the Financing product portfolio, handling complex issues and implementing strategic policies.

  • Take ownership of several products or product areas, establishing operational objectives, and work plans.

  • Demonstrate advanced competence in feature lifecycle management areas and influence peers, acting as a mentor within the company.

  • Identify and implement team-level improvements to speed up execution, create efficiencies, and shape the GTM approach for multiple areas or products.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years in a product management role.

  • Prior experience with large-scale financing solutions preferred.

  • Strong technical acumen and experience with financing processing.

  • Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision.

  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with complex partnerships.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling businesses with 10x growth.

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.

  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.

  • High levels of empathy, allowing for a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences.

  • The ability to balance the needs of our customers with those of our business.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
