The Role

We're seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to drive our Clinical Assistant initiative, a transformative AI-powered toolset designed to enhance clinical documentation, decision support, and care delivery. You will make a profound impact in healthcare by developing solutions that reduce administrative burden while elevating care quality. Success in this role requires healthcare workflow expertise, a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, experience creating clinician-focused products, and the ability to navigate the complex intersection of technology and clinical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion a product strategy for AI-powered clinical tools that deliver measurable improvements in care quality and practitioner efficiency
  • Synthesize insights from clinical research, user feedback, and industry trends to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can reduce administrative overhead
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, clinical experts, compliance, and design teams to create intuitive, trustworthy AI solutions
  • Establish clear metrics to quantify reduced documentation time, improved clinical outcomes, and practitioner satisfaction
  • Partner with clinical subject matter experts to ensure solutions adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Drive product development from concept through launch, with careful attention to user experience, clinical safety, and ethical AI implementation
  • Balance innovation with pragmatism, focusing on solutions that deliver immediate value while building toward a comprehensive clinical assistance ecosystem

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience 
  • Demonstrated success bringing AI/ML-powered solutions to market
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and the challenges facing modern healthcare providers
  • Strong background in data, documentation requirements, and data-backed decision making
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the tactical execution skills to bring ambitious visions to reality
  • Passion for healthcare transformation and improving conditions for both providers and patients
  • Track record of building and scaling innovative products from concept to widespread adoption

Base Compensation Range

$200,000 - $220,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
