Summary:
The Principal, Product Management is responsible for overseeing all stages of the product development lifecycle and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product success. The Principal Product Manager manages research and develop activities relating to the design and development of software products and qualifications of new and existing products.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and improvements to current products.
Manage the product development process from idea to launch.
Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decision-making.
Develop user-centric product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure the most impactful work is being done.
Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance metrics and constantly make adjustments to ensure success.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create messaging, positioning and pricing strategies.
Work with internal teams to provide product training and support to clients.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
Minimum six (10) years related experience in Product Management/Development.
