DISQO is hiring a Principal GTM Engineer to build a new AI-native revenue systems capability. This is a senior hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the CTO and partnering closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
You will redesign how GTM teams operate by building custom software, AI agents, automations, and data systems that improve productivity, consistency, forecasting, and customer outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.
This role combines deep RevOps expertise with strong engineering capability. You should understand how modern revenue organizations operate across pipeline management, forecasting, routing, renewals, expansion, compensation, CRM architecture, and reporting — and know how to translate those workflows into scalable AI-native systems.
This is not a traditional Salesforce administration, RevOps management, or internal tools role. We are looking for a hands-on builder: someone comfortable with ambiguity, strong technical judgment, high ownership, and a bias toward shipping practical systems that work in production.
What you'll do:
Build and evolve AI-native GTM systems that improve how revenue teams operate.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to redesign workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, forecasting, renewals, expansion, and revenue operations.
Build internal applications, AI agents, copilots, and automations that improve execution and reduce operational friction.
Develop AI-powered workflows for areas such as account research, sales prep, proposal and RFP support, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and customer expansion signals.
Integrate systems including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, billing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Design scalable data flows across CRM, product, customer, financial, and operational systems.
Build reusable patterns for LLM-powered applications including retrieval, tool use, evaluations, permissions, monitoring, and human review workflows.
Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to accelerate engineering velocity.
Contribute technical input into build-vs-buy decisions with a bias toward reducing SaaS sprawl while maintaining speed and flexibility.
Measure business impact across productivity, conversion, forecast accuracy, retention, and customer experience.
Help establish technical standards and best practices for AI-native GTM systems.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience, including 3-4 years in engineering and 3-4 years in RevOps or related functional area
Senior-level individual contributor experience in RevOps technology, GTM systems, internal platforms, AI systems, or software engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with CRM architecture, forecasting, routing, pipeline management, customer lifecycle workflows, renewals, expansion, and revenue reporting.
Strong software engineering background with experience building production-grade applications, workflow automation, integrations, or data products.
Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, permissions, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with modern engineering stacks such as Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud platforms.
Experience building with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt workflows, retrieval, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
Strong product and systems judgment with the ability to simplify ambiguous business problems into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
A strong point of view on how AI will reshape RevOps, GTM systems, and revenue productivity.
Motivation to remain deeply hands-on as an individual contributor.
