As a Global Account Sales Manager, you will help grow one of Micron's most strategic AI platform customer relationships. You will lead opportunities across embedded, robotics, automotive, client, and consumer markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence account strategy, strengthen executive relationships, and help shape the future of AI-enabled technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth across embedded, robotics, automotive, client, and consumer market segments
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, architecture, procurement, operations, and executive leadership
  • Manage a multi-product opportunity pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM execution
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams to align customer needs with Micron solutions and business objectives
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and long-term growth

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, semiconductor sales, technical sales, or sales leadership
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue, margin, design-win, qualification, or account growth objectives
  • Strong ability to translate technical customer requirements into effective business strategies and execution plans
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, forecasting tools, and account planning processes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • Experience supporting global strategic accounts in semiconductor, GPU, CPU, AI, robotics, automotive, client, or consumer technology markets
  • Experience selling memory, storage, AI infrastructure, datacenter, networking, or platform-level technology solutions
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled edge platforms, robotics systems, automotive compute architectures, client platforms, graphics memory, LPDRAM, managed NAND, and SSD solutions
  • Experience using AI-powered business tools to improve productivity, customer engagement, analysis, and executive communications
