Rate of Pay:     $216,000 - $240,000/year

Job Duties: Deliver high-quality FPGA designs for robotics, instruments, and patient-side control. Conduct engineering studies to understand system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements and optimizations. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support software, hardware, and system development, as well as manufacturing testing and product delivery. Lead and participate in design control activities throughout the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design specifications, reviews, and releases. Participate in subsystem and system-level integration, validation, and troubleshooting. Lead efforts to investigate and resolve complex issues within the systems. Oversee design tool evaluation, maintenance, and continuously improve design processes.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal FPGA Design Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$216,000 - $240,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
