Job Overview
This role is essential for enhancing, configuring, and operating T-Mobile's Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscape, with deep expertise across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), and Enterprise Planning and Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS/Narrative Reporting), paired with strong familiarity with Oracle ERP General Ledger. It involves partnering with US-based and India-based engineering teams and finance business partners to deliver integrated reconciliation, consolidation, close, data governance, and reporting solutions. The role requires applying judgment to resolve complex technical and functional issues and making recommendations on EPM/ERP architecture, configuration, and integration design. Success is measured by the reliability and scalability of Oracle Financials solutions, the effectiveness of technical leadership across global teams, and the ability to influence technology and process decisions. The work impacts the organization by strengthening financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, data management, and reporting capabilities that support accurate, timely, and compliant enterprise financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive engineering projects to enhance, configure, and support Oracle EPM applications (ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS) and their integration with Oracle ERP General Ledger, meeting technical requirements and quality standards
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring US-based and India-based engineers and influencing EPM/ERP technology and policy decisions across the organization
  • Evaluate and apply EPM/ERP technology strategies -- spanning reconciliation, consolidation, close, data management, and narrative reporting -- that align with business goals and finance system requirements
  • Develop innovative configurations, integrations, and automation across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, and ERP General Ledger that enhance existing financial systems and processes
  • Produce clear technical documentation, configuration documents, and architecture descriptions for internal stakeholders and business partners
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Required Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Required)
  • 7-10 years technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS, FCCS) and Oracle ERP Financials (General Ledger), including enhancement, configuration, and production support (Required)
  • 7-10 years of technical engineering experience across Oracle EPM Cloud (EDMCS, EPRCS) delivered with US based and off-shore teams (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $160,200 - $288,840

National Base Pay Range: $133,500 - $240,700

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
