This role connects business strategy to technology delivery to accelerate product development and align stakeholder initiatives across the organization. It leads the application of business architecture methods to capture key business requirements, scope and assess project and product requests rapidly. The role promotes reusable design, challenges existing approaches, and facilitates decision-making to achieve effective outcomes. Success is measured by the alignment of business goals with technology solutions and the delivery of integrated, reusable business architecture artifacts. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer value by enabling consistent scope definition and supporting strategic business objectives through architecture guidance.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the application of business architecture methodologies to drive realization of key business requirements and support strategic goals

  • Assess and guide project and product requests to ensure alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment on scope, user journeys and decision-making to promote reusable design and challenge existing approaches

  • Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts including current and future state journeys, roadmaps, and process frameworks

  • Communicate complex business architecture concepts clearly to business and IT partners to support practical application and value realization

  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer science , Project Management or related field Project management or Related work experience. ( Preferred)

Work Experience:


  • 7-10 years Related work experience. (Required)

  • 7-10 years of Program and Project management experience ( Required)

  • 4-7 years Experience in Business Analysis or Business Relationship Management roles. (Required)

  • 2-4 years Experience functioning as an Enterprise or Business Architect. (Required)

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Program management or Business Relationship ( Required)

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $133,440 - $240,840

National Base Pay Range: $111,200 - $200,700

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. 

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
