Job Description Summary

The Pricing Team is responsible for developing commercial real estate outsourcing pricing and cost modeling for new business and organic growth opportunities in C&W's Global Occupier Services (GOS) business with an emphasis on the commercial profitability, risks, and market competitiveness. This Pricing Manager, primarily supporting the Americas Region, will be a key member of the Pricing Team who will partner with Enterprise Sales and Solutions colleagues to develop winning commercial strategies to win new business and retain/expand current client relationships, as well as engage in special projects that enhance the team’s capabilities.

Job Description

· Develop commercial solutions and pricing models for commercial real estate outsourcing pursuits across all GOS service lines (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Project Management, Space Planning & Occupancy, and other related offerings)

· Develop operating budgets and pricing structures that meet client objectives and savings targets

· Lead pricing and financial consolidation for regional, multi-service line pursuits into a proforma model to assess deal profitability and manage risk/reward to C&W; support global pursuits

· Assist in the development of deal approval packages for internal commercial reviews with GOS Leadership

· Complete client pricing deliverables for RFP responses; document key assumptions to support pricing submissions and assist with the development of presentation materials

· Occasionally participate in pricing-focused client meetings and negotiations

· Maintain data integrity ensuring validation and issue resolution across multiple systems

· Implement and execute Pricing Team tool and process improvements and strategic initiatives

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

· 3-5 years of experience working in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, either for a CRE services provider, a CRE management consulting firm, or in the real estate or facilities department of a Fortune 500 company

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or another related field

· Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent financial modeling skills with deep knowledge of financial terms and principles

· Strong attention to detail; accuracy, thoroughness, and precision are essential to success in this role

· Ability to analyze large sets of complex, disparate datasets to provide insights and executive level reporting

· Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to establish effective project schedules for multiple concurrent projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Approaches tasks proactively; does not shy away from asking questions and raising issues to senior team members

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

· Understanding of GOS service lines, client requirements, industry delivery methods and trends, contracting models, and the impact of risk-reward frameworks

· Knowledge of the mechanics of different commercial models and their components

· Experience developing global pricing methodologies, processes, and tools

· A proven record of winning large and complex pursuits as part of a collaborative team

· Proficient in Microsoft Power BI or other similar programs (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)

· Collaborates effectively in a global and matrixed organization

· Self-starter that thrives in a high-growth business environment

· Ability to occasionally travel for internal meetings

The compensation for the position is: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
