As a Pricing Change Business Analyst - Senior Associate within the Strategic Pricing Change team, you will be exposed to activities working on a varied book of work across the pricing spectrum as a Business Analyst supporting the strategic pricing platform. You will be working with a hands-on approach supporting the development and deployment of strategic firm wide pricing change. This will involve working closely with Strategic Change, Operations, Technology teams and representatives at varied levels from our base of current and potential consumers of pricing reference data.

This will involve working closely with Strategic Change, Operations, Technology teams and representatives at varied levels from our base of current and potential consumers of pricing reference data.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Securities Services lead on their book of work, providing in-depth expertise, analyzing and raising JIRAs for planned builds, completing complex data reconciliations, and in-depth pricing analysis
- Maintain backlog of requests and facilitate prioritization to ensure resources are directed to meet the top priority requirements
- Work with operational partners to gather business requirements and translate them to technology partners with appropriate documentations and workflows
- Support the development and deployment of strategic change by working closely with Strategic Change, Operations, Technology and various representatives from current and potential consumers of pricing reference data
- Provide frequent, clear & structured updates for consumption by the PMO team, LOB stakeholders and senior steering committee
- Engage with project stakeholders across functional business areas and manage stakeholder expectations. Identify, address, and resolve risks and issues impacting projects
- Support the role out of the AI / LLM integration into the Pricing Platform and take a leading role for this within the pricing domain
- Provide data validation, analysis, and recommended solutions for clients
- Design visually compelling KPIs to communicate progress and issues targeting audiences of various levels
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in understanding and translating client needs into strategic solutions
- Highly experienced and understanding of working within an Agile delivery framework, and using the JIRA tool
- Strong Business Analysis skills and demonstrable experience of working across multiple projects in parallel
- Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to quickly adjust messages based on different audiences and agendas
- Flexible approach to work and willing to support different functions within the team based upon demand
- Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Strong PC skills (JIRA & Microsoft Suite - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven past success in contributing to technical and operational improvements in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of pricing across exchange traded assets and the evaluated pricing of fixed income assets (Bonds, ABS, MBS, Muni's etc)
- Strong understanding of interest & exchange rates
- Experience with applications such as Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath and Qlikview
- Experience with AI / LLM integration
- Experience with MongoDB and microservice architecture
- System level knowledge of JPMorgan or similar company reviewing current tools used by Operations, and creating requirements to streamline processes and reporting
