As a FX Services Client Service Currency Overlay Analyst within the Client Service team, you will have the opportunity to support our clients across EMEA, NA, and APAC. You will be involved in the day to day operation of the service and Product Managers partnering internally with Front Office Trading, Product Control, Client Onboarding, Middle Offices, Business Management, Technology and other key business stakeholders in addition to defining requirements and implement strategic solutions to support ongoing Client Requests, new Client Onboarding and future regulatory related requirements and externally with Clients providing ongoing direct Client Support ensuring all services and operations are delivered to a high standard.
Job responsibilities
  • Assists in execution of excellent Client service and relationship management including the resolution of Client queries and requests on a daily and ad-hoc basis
  • Provides oversight of Client portfolios including pre-trade and post-trade analysis and trade capture
  • Interacts with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agencies, Custodians and/or Prime Brokers on a daily and ad-hoc basis
  • Assists in resolution of any issues identified and implement key controls where required
  • Ensures Client Static data is accurate and maintained in coordination and partnership with Client Onboarding
  • Understands multiple bespoke Client programs to support the business and team members when required
  • Assists with all tasks required to support the overall business

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • CIB Markets Business Middle Office, Technology or Risk Management experience
  • Some derivatives product knowledge and an understanding of CIB Risk and/or Middle Office systems
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate bespoke Client models, operational processes and potential model re-engineering
  • Strong MS Office skills (predominately Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to use web-based technology effectively
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and Clients
  • Refined analysis skills with the ability to analyze large and complex data sets to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Client facing experience demonstrating the ability to exhibit confidence and professionalism in dealing with Clients
  • Ability to summarize analysis and present to the Business; facilitating / obtaining buy-in for desired objectives
  • Proactive approach with the ability to deliver value-added support both within the team and also to business partners in a dependable, accurate and timely manner
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and accept new assignments while maintaining high standards

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • FX experience is highly desirable due to the technicalities of the product the team support
  • Knowledge of Alteryx
