The Program Manager will lead programs related to astronomy and earth observation, ensuring technical superiority, adherence to budgets and timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Lead Teledyne's global Jurisdiction & Classification program, provide JC subject-matter expertise, develop processes and training, manage JC determinations and metrics, prepare Commodity Jurisdiction requests via DECCS, support audits, M&A due diligence, and lead a global JC focal network. Travel ~20% required.

Own and grow a portfolio of airline, operator, OEM, and partner accounts across North America. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from qualification to close, translate operational challenges into technical/commercial solutions, and collaborate with engineering to shape offerings. Maintain data-driven pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, develop pricing and proposals, support negotiations, and represent Teledyne at industry events.

Design and develop test systems for infrared readouts and focal plane arrays while integrating and debugging software. Assist in testing and reporting performance metrics.

The Senior Test Engineer will implement testing for infrared readouts and arrays, develop test software, mentor staff, and manage testing equipment.

Create and maintain electrical and optical testers, validate ATE software, analyze test data, and improve yield in production.

The Test Engineer designs, develops, and executes testing methods for systems and equipment, prepares test programs, and documents performance evaluations.

Lead design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. Benchmark roles using survey data, maintain salary structures and incentive/equity plans, perform internal equity analyses, support offers/promotions/merit and bonus cycles, build reports/dashboards for leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, manage job evaluation/leveling, participate in surveys, and support executive, sales, and global mobility compensation needs.

Perform revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. Prepare reserves, E&O analyses, and journal entries; support audits, tax packs, and physical inventory counts. Partner with Operations on variance analysis and lead process improvement projects.

Lead site quality function for aerospace/defense programs: own QMS (AS9100/ISO9001), audits, supplier quality, corrective actions, root cause analysis, SPC, MRB, and continuous improvement.

Support OEM customers integrating high-performance thermal cameras by providing technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, training, product demonstrations, validation, assembly/testing, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering and sales to drive product improvements and successful integrations. Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
