What you'll do:

You will be working with clients to ensure that loans adhere to the Amerihome Seller Guide and Lock Policy and Procedures. You will monitor the loans are priced accurately and communicate price changes as needed for attribute changes, extensions, relocks and renegotiations. You will support the Capital Markets Trading Desk and clients to ensure successful fulfilment of trades including and not limited to performing pairoffs, substitutions, and reinstatements. You will gather and analyze competitive market information to make recommendations on pricing and margins. You will participate with loan program rollouts and ratesheet maintenance. You will be responsible for responding to all email and phone inquiries within acceptable service level turn times.
  • Participate in day to day Lock Desk responsibilities
  • Monitor and perform loan level pricing activities for the Correspondent and Retail Divisions
  • Make post-trade adjustments including pricing updates, rolls, pair-offs, extensions, and substitutions
  • Update, validate, and disseminate daily Best-Efforts pricing
  • Perform competitiveness analysis and recommend updates to Best Efforts pricing to maximize company volume and revenue
  • Work with internal and external groups such as client sellers, vendors, product and pricing engines.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with SQL, Excel, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $76,405.00 - $92,651.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
