We are actively seeking a Prepper-Polisher in our Paint Department, reporting to the Manager of Paint Operations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.  Eligible for overtime.  We offer comprehensive group health plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other supplementary plans.  We also offer a competitive 401k Retirement Plan.

PREPPERS:

  • Able to Sand Primer
  • Ability to detect minor dents & repair
  • Masking experience
  • Mixing of fillers to repair minor dents

POLISHERS:

  • Ability to color and polish out minor imperfections
  • Ability to detect orange peel and polish out

Available for both 1st and 2nd shift.  2nd shift has 8% shift differential additional to the base pay rate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in body shop or detailing experience
  • Or in training for a career in automotive refinishing
  • Full compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

Pay Range:  $19.00-$25.00 Hourly
