About the Role:

The Pre-Sales Technical Enablement Business Partner develops the plan and drives execution of technical enablement learning programs for CrowdStrike's Pre-Sales Engineering teams and CrowdStrike’s Partner Technical Sellers. This role architects requirements and learning programs to support a comprehensive learning pathway -  from onboarding through technical accreditation and certification, ensuring consistency across global pre-sales teams and partner networks. The position reports to the Director of Partner Enablement.

This role is remote with up to 25% travel for in-person training delivery and global team collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Program Development & Strategy:

  • Engage with stakeholders to design and validate comprehensive technical learning pathways including onboarding, T100, T200, Demo Excellence, Health Checks, Risk Assessments and POVs.

  • Develop quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements

  • Create standardized frameworks for assessment of technical demonstrations and value quantification

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ROI

  • Drive "build once, deliver for all" content strategy and learning methodology across global pre-sales organizations

  • Develop and lead the strategy for the Champions Program.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Partner with Pre-sales SMEs and Champions to create consistent learning frameworks

  • Align with Product Management, Pre-Sales Leadership, and Alliance teams to proactively identify and address learning needs that will drive proficiency for pre-sales learners within CrowdStrike and our Partner Organizations

  • Foster strong relationships across global stakeholder groups to ensure program relevance and impact

  • Align with the Content Development team and technical instructional designers to ensure final learning products meet learning objectives, are interactive and engaging

  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement Operations for program measurement and optimization

Content Development & Delivery:

  • Design and maintain technical accreditation and certification exams and associated learning paths

  • Manage technical trainers and train the trainer program

  • Create scalable technical training content supporting customer buying journeys

  • Develop standardized demo environments and POV methodologies

  • Implement just-in-time learning solutions for emerging technical needs

Impact Metrics:

  • Reduction in time-to-productivity for new pre-sales technical hires

  • Improved technical accreditation and certification completion rates

  • Increased risk assessment conversion rates

  • Increased demo-to-POV conversion rates

  • Enhanced partner technical enablement satisfaction scores

  • Measurable ROI on enablement programs

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles in cyber security or a related field

  • Proven experience designing technical enablement programs and creating credentialing paths

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with learning management systems and enablement platforms

  • Deep understanding of enterprise security architectures and cybersecurity landscape

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Understanding of Demo, POV/POC methodologies and best practices with proficiency in technical demonstration delivery and coaching

  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building with ability to influence and drive change across global organizations

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Previous experience in technical enablement program development

  • Demonstrated success in global program implementation

  • Experience with metrics-driven program optimization

  • Strong knowledge of CrowdStrike platform and/or the cybersecurity landscape or competitive solutions is a bonus

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
