We are looking for a Pre-sales Officer to drive solutioning for enterprise prospects. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and supply chain operations, and is critical in helping clients understand how Collabrix’s platform fits into their real-world workflows.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to lead discovery, design tailored solutions, and support deal closure through strong technical and functional validation.

Own the pre-sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, demos, technical validation and deal support

Lead detailed discovery discussions to understand client workflows, systems, and pain points

Design and present tailored, use-case-driven product demonstrations

Translate client requirements into structured solution approaches and workflows

Identify gaps, edge cases, and implementation considerations early in the sales cycle

Handle client queries across functional and technical areas, including integrations and data flows

Support creation of solution documents, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses

Partner with Sales on deal strategy, positioning, and stakeholder engagement

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure feasibility and alignment

Ensure that proposed solutions are realistic and can be successfully delivered post-sale
Requirements Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Pre-sales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS

Strong understanding of supply chain or manufacturing workflows

Experience working with or selling to global/enterprise clients

Ability to translate business problems into product solutions

Strong demo and storytelling skills with a solution-oriented approach

Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders

Experience in pharma or life sciences domain

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

Experience handling RFPs and enterprise sales cycles

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability

High attention to detail, especially in complex or compliance-heavy environments

Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex client requirements

Ownership mindset and accountability throughout the presales cycle

Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
To support our global customers with agility and excellence, we follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks. Employees are expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month.
