We’re Jubilee Media.

At Jubilee, we're on a mission to provoke understanding and create human connection. We explore experiences that push people to feel more, think more, and see more in others. We challenge the belief of a black-and-white world, and instead embrace the complexity and richness of our experiences. By magnifying these stories we can discover personal identities, shared truths, and how we fit in the overarching human story. People are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for the next passionate teammate to join us on this journey. Together, we have the power to shift perspectives—and maybe even change the world.

A Jubilee Post Producer will lead the post process from wrap to delivery. This role is equal parts creative and operational—you’ll oversee workflows, schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality level. This role works in close partnership with emerging internal leaders across the post-production team. • Design and implement post-production processes that balance operational efficiency with creative quality, ensuring seamless workflow across all stages
  • Evaluate and improve organizational systems related to file and data management, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and security across all assets
  • Manage deliverables for YouTube and Spotify releases, coordinating timelines and ensuring content is published on schedule and to specification
  • Proactively develop strategies to optimize scheduling and task management, streamlining workflows to enhance department efficiency
  • Delegate and track tasks for both full-time and freelance editors, ensuring timely delivery of YouTube and Spotify edits while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Represent Post-production in cross-functional series kickoff meetings to gather additional information on edit scheduling needs
  • Develop and refine new processes to support the Post Production department, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Manage, mentor, and guide editors through regular feedback and development, ensuring team cohesion, growth, and high-quality output
  • Serve as the point of communication between our post-production team and other departments, including Production, Brand Partnerships and Brand Marketing

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in post-production (digital media a plus!)
  • Proven experience supervising editors and managing post workflows
  • Passionate about logistics, details, and organization. Experience with Asana is a plus
  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects at once
  • A leader who enjoys meeting new people and bringing the best out of them
  • A flexible problem-solver who takes the initiative in finding solutions and is proactive about spotting obstacles before they arise
  • Looking to be a part of a team that emphasizes both personal and professional growth
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Experience working with clients and creative stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cloud workflows, Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
