The After Sales Specialist supports Red Bull distributors, internal teams, and supply chain partners to keep cold Red Bull available. This role manages daily cooler service operations and aftersales activities by handling service requests, driving ticket resolution, and partnering with distributors and service providers to ensure timely execution and compliance. Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are required. 

Job Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Receive and respond to inbound call center requests related to cooler repair support.  

Assign and dispatch service requests to authorized service providers or local distribution centers.  

Own the lifecycle of service tickets from creation through resolution, ensuring timely updates, follow-up, and closure. 

Provide customers and internal stakeholders with timely and accurate service updates. 

Escalate high-priority issues to the Aftersales Manager and appropriate stakeholders. 

Build strong working relationships with distributors, service providers, and internal teams. 

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

Maintain accurate and timely updates in Zendesk and other operational systems. 

Monitor service provider performance and ticket progress to ensure timely resolution and compliance with established service standards. 

Escalate aging or unresolved tickets to the appropriate stakeholders for follow-up and resolution.  

Ensure all service tickets are thoroughly documented and properly closed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).  

Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to improve data accuracy and operational compliance. 

Review and validate asset disposal records by reconciling service ticket data with vendor Certificates of Destruction.  

Maintain accurate and current distributor and customer master data within company systems. 

LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Coordinate transfers of point-of-sale (POS) assets between distribution centers  

Process and monitor spare-part orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment  

Coordinate transportation activities and respond to logistics-related inquiries. 

Prepare operational reports. 

Communicate and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) with distributors and service providers. 

Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements. 

Support additional operational initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned. 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements

2+ years of experience managing service tickets or work orders in customer service or logistics

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with SAP, Zendesk, or comparable ERP/ticketing systems preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and basic report visualization

Working knowledge of cold equipment or refrigeration units preferred

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
