We’re actively seeking a talented Planview Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Financial Solutions team. This role will be 4 days onsite in either our Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC office. Relocation Assistance may be provided.

How you’ll help move us forward:

System Architecture and Design:

  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the Planview System.
  • Design scalable and robust solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ensure system architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.

System Administration:

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the Planview System, including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement and manage system upgrades and patches.

Integration and Customization:

  • Integrate Planview with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Customize the Planview System to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processing

The experience you bring:

  • 8+ years experience as a Planview system administrator
  • Experience with integration between portfolio tools and platforms like ADO, Jira, ServiceNow, Workday and Oracle
  • Proven ability translating business requirements into effective solution designs by applying industry best practices

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$125,100.00 - $152,900.00
