As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will provide friendly, timely, and professional support to pharmacy customers while ensuring smooth daily operations within the pharmacy. You will assist with customer service, order lookups, billing issue resolution, supply management, courier coordination, and general administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient and compliant pharmacy environment.
Pharmacy Location: Located within Lee Health Specialty Pharmacy in Estero, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week

- Coordinate mailing, shipping, and courier services, maintaining records and resolving service issues when needed
- Support compliance activities such as temperature monitoring and shipping verification

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recent work experience in customer service role
