The Role:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, managing day-to-day service needs while building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a book of personal lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries
- Communicate with carriers to market, quote, and bind coverage
- Provide clear, timely, and professional client support via phone and email
- Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows
- Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members
- Active CA Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- 5+ years of Personal Lines account management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Client-first mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with AMS360 a plus
- Fully remote role with flexibility and trust
