Redwoods Leavitt Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an energetic, motivated professional with a winning attitude to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in Eureka or Crescent City, CA. This full-time position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing and growing personal insurance accounts.

Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence

  • Meet with clients as needed to review accounts and address insurance needs

  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System

  • Process incoming emails and client requests promptly

  • Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documents

  • Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies

  • Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures

  • Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files
