About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience running paid social and search ad campaigns for B2B or technical products. You’ll own performance marketing across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. Your goal will be to drive high-quality leads, signups, and conversions while constantly iterating through A/B tests, creative variations, and landing page experiments.

You’ll work closely with our product marketing and design teams to craft, test, and scale high-converting messaging that resonates with engineering audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Meta, and other relevant channels.

  • A/B Testing: Systematically test ad copy, creative, formats, targeting, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and CAC.

  • Funnel Optimization: Monitor and optimize the full acquisition funnel from ad click to sign-up to activation.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad dashboards. Deliver insights and recommendations weekly.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage and allocate monthly budgets across channels efficiently to meet CAC and ROI targets.

  • Audience Building: Use first-party and third-party data to segment and refine target audiences based on behavior and intent.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and ensure cohesive GTM efforts.

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for a B2B SaaS or developer-focused product.

  • Deep familiarity with paid platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Twitter/X.

  • Strong A/B testing mindset with experience running multivariate experiments across ad creative, copy, and landing pages.

  • Proficiency in campaign attribution, UTM tracking, and performance analytics.

  • Results-driven, with a track record of improving CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

  • Excellent copywriting instincts, especially for technical or developer audiences.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Our Values
  1. Collaborative Humans: Prioritising collective intelligence

  2. Fearless Innovators: Turning obstacles into growth opportunities

  3. Persistent Passionate Developers: Thriving on complex, long-term challenges

  4. Impact-Driven Creators: Crafting intuitive tools for developers

  5. Rapid Learners and Un-learners: Adapting quickly in our fast-paced technological world

What We Offer
  1. Work on cutting-edge technology with real-world impact

  2. Collaborative and innovative environment

  3. Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

  4. Professional development opportunities

Base pay range for the role is 140k-200k. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.

To apply, please submit your resume. CodeRabbit is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
