FIGS is looking for a dynamic and highly organized People Team Coordinator to support our broader People Team, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. This individual will play a critical role in driving a seamless candidate and employee experience by supporting recruitment efforts with an emphasis on retail, administratively supporting the full employee lifecycle and key People Team initiatives. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, is excited to learn, and brings exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate is able to consistently deliver high-quality work while navigating the demands of a rapidly paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line to the People & Culture Team, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions and make a meaningful impact on the employee journey at FIGS. 

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition 

  • Source candidates through our ATS (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn to support recruitment efforts across all departments.
  • Upload open roles in Greenhouse.
  • Conduct initial screens for designated roles, assessing candidate fit and alignment with the role and FIGS’ values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail recruitment, partnering closely with the HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience teams.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a high-quality, timely candidate experience.
  • Pull, analyze, and maintain reporting dashboards within Greenhouse; act as a subject matter expert to help optimize system usage.
  • Identify and solve issues that arise with candidate interviews and introduce new process efficiencies
  • Conduct reference checks for final candidates across all requisitions
  • Support analytics efforts within Talent Acquisition, including maintaining and updating the TA Dashboard.

People and Culture 

  • Supporting and assisting with the employee experience and onboarding for our continuously growing retail team.
  • Support a range of HR administrative tasks, including coordinating the new hire overview process, maintaining and filing employee records and confidential data, and updating employee information systems such as Culture Amp, Dropbox, and ADP.
  • Maintain all copies of employees' records, ensuring documents are filed correctly and kept confidential.
  • Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Support employee questions related to our benefits, perks, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage inbox responsibilities and assist with preparing correspondence as needed.
  • Pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, and retrieving information from various employee documentation platforms.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years HR or Talent Acquisition experience. 
  • Experience working with both exempt and non-exempt employees, specifically in retail environment.
  • Exposure to Labor Law regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping both individuals and teams succeed.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee and company information. 
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to effectively context switch and navigate the diverse range of work we do.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $25 and $28. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
