About the Team
As a trusted strategic partner, the People Team enables Mironeers & teams to thrive through transparent communication, development opportunities, and a culture of collaboration that drives innovation and results. The Project Management Organization within the People Team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and transformative change across Miro. We partner closely with leaders across functions and geographies with a strong focus on enhancing employee experiences, optimizing HR processes, supporting change management and delivering impactful projects that align with Miro’s vision and OKRs. 
About the Role
As a Program & Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading key programs, managing change initiatives, and ensuring successful project outcomes that support our mission of fostering a positive and productive workplace. You will work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and the People Leadership Team (PLT) to ensure the People function operates efficiently and within budget. Your responsibilities will include tracking People OKRs, escalating blockers, supporting change management, and keeping the broader People team and stakeholders informed of key milestones and deliverables.
What you’ll do
  • Support change management for all new releases, AI integrations, and process optimizations that impact people team processes. This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring changes to ensure they are executed smoothly and achieve the desired outcomes 
  • Create and manage the communications strategy for the people team with close alignment to our head of communications
  • Build content and facilitate All Hands, AMAs, and Knowledge sharing sessions for the people team
  • Manage programs with 2-4 sub projects with multiple cross functional dependencies while providing strategic advice where necessary and ensuring all deadlines are met (Experience with HR projects is ideal)
  • Stakeholder alignment with leadership & working groups across multiple functions & time zones
What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role 
  • Solid facilitation skills and ability to present to a broad audience 
  • Proven ability to drive towards results in a constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across various stakeholders
  • Skilled at packaging complex information to be digestible 
  • Ability to project manage with clear timelines, deliverables and accountability measures to ensure expectations are clear to key stakeholders
  • Ability to identify blockers and escalates when appropriate incl. formulating suggested solutions to solve for blockers
  • Learning agility to understand what don’t know and what resources to use to find that information
  • Demonstrated bias for action and ownership mindset
  • Executive presence and ability to partner with senior stakeholders

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to San Francisco and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $101,000 to $127,000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
