We are looking for a strategic, customer-facing Workforce Planning Solution Architect to help customers successfully optimize workforce planning processes within HiBob's platform.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding of Workforce Planning and Organizational Planning with a consultative, SaaS-oriented mindset and strong technical implementation capabilities. You will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex organizational and headcount planning needs into scalable, structured solutions within the platform.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Headcount Planning, Job Architecture, Organizational Design, or Workforce Modeling processes - and knows how to guide customers through both the strategic and technical aspects of implementation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
