We're actively sourcing for a People Operations Manager for one of our portfolio companies building stablecoin payments infrastructure. This is a systems and compliance-heavy role, not a generalist HR seat.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Role snapshot:
- Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people ops systems end-to-end
- Global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, APAC jurisdictions
- International and domestic payroll coordination
- Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
- Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
