The Role

As a People Operations Generalist at GoGuardian, you will be a key player in supporting our most valuable asset: our people. In this position, you will become the primary point of contact responsible for supporting our people at all levels, leading process improvements, and ensuring data integrity across our HRIS systems. You are a system-thinker and a trusted partner to both employees and management. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful collaborator, strong communicator, and practical, business-oriented problem solver.

What You'll Do

  • 3-5 years of experience as a People/HR Generalist. You possess a deep, "systems-thinking" approach to HR, seeing the impact of individual processes on the broader organization.
  • Expert user of ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse; skilled at utilizing Google Workspace to craft analytical, insight-led reports.
  • AI-Powered Efficiency: Enthusiastic early adopter of AI tools; you proactively integrate AI to streamline administrative workflows, draft communications, review data, and accelerate research to drive efficiency.
  • Data-fluent: You don't just track metrics; you uncover trends and tell stories with data to improve the employee experience.
  • Thorough understanding of federal/state employment laws and handbook policies, with a demonstrated ability to apply policy consistently and fairly.
  • Growth mentality that is energized by a culture of feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships.
  • Thoughtful collaborator who expertly balances employee advocacy with business-oriented problem solving.

The typical base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 plus variable pay per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
