- Experience working with, developing, or leading people in a professional environment.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
- Strong professional judgment and comfort working within established systems and processes.

- Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
