About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and empathetic pediatricians to join our provider network. In this role, you will provide high-quality, asynchronous care through our proprietary messaging platform. You will have the opportunity to shape the patient experience while working alongside a mission-driven team that is redefining how families access care.
What You’ll DoProvide Exceptional Pediatric Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients aged 0 to 18 years through a text-based chat using our proprietary platform (both web and mobile)
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our clinical leadership and support teams to improve workflows and patient engagement
Support Continuous Improvement: Share feedback to help us optimize our platform and care delivery processes

Collaborative. You work seamlessly with other clinicians and operational teams to ensure holistic patient care

Board-certified physician in Pediatrics
Licensed in multiple states (specifically New York, Texas, and California) or willingness to apply for licenses in additional states
3+ years of clinical experience treating children and adolescents
Proficient in the use of common technologies, including web-based messaging and mobile messaging
Excellent written communication skills including conveying empathy and expertise
Have flexibility around work-life balance, treating patients from convenience of your home or on-the-go without requiring video
