Core Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Calculating gross-to-net earnings, including base pay, overtime, bonuses, and commissions using software like ADP or Gusto.
Tax Compliance & Filing: Withholding federal, state, and local taxes, and ensuring the timely filing of Quarterly Tax Returns (Form 941) and year-end W-2/1099 forms.
