As a Product Manager in the U.S. Virtual Solutions Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.


 

Job responsibilities

  • Define and execute end‑to‑end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual Solutions, which is anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals

  • Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses

  • Develop and prioritize the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes

  • Identify, validate, and scale high‑value use cases with cross‑functional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)

  • Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and course‑correct

  • Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and trade‑offs

  • Lead end‑to‑end issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions

  • Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market performance and stakeholder needs

  • Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise, executive‑ready materials and presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data

  • Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results

  • Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution

  • Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure

  • Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executive‑ready written and verbal communication

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Experience with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account products

  • Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting
