About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

  • Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

  • Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

About The Role

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at EliseAI, you'll scope, design, and launch the integrations that connect our partners' systems to our platform. You'll work directly with our partners’ engineering teams to understand their product, guide them through our APIs, and shape how our systems connect. Internally, you'll coordinate with partnerships, engineering, and product teams while staying the partner's technical point of contact from kickoff through launch. With each integration, you'll turn what you learn into patterns, docs, and tooling that make the next partner faster to launch. You'll be building with a team that ships quickly, while shaping our partner ecosystem and directly contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, getting to know their systems and workflows. Bring customers into the conversation when needed

  • Manage several integrations at once as the technical project manager, prioritizing across competing go-live dates and keeping partners moving toward launch

  • Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner, including how data flows between systems and which APIs are used. Build toward standard patterns so partners in the same category can launch faster

  • Own testing and launch readiness so integrations go live successfully, then monitor performance after launch to catch issues before partners or customers do

  • Identify gaps in our own APIs and work with Engineering and Product to scope and prioritize the right solutions

  • Contribute to our developer docs, playbooks, and tooling, and turn recurring partner pain points into improvements that help shape what we build next

Move at rocket speed, build something massive.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a partner or customer facing technical role, such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering in a high growth tech environment or an adjacent field

  • Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns. You can read and reason about code (Python or similar)

  • Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders, such as vendor or customer engineering teams

  • A track record of aligning cross-functional teams and explaining technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute on several projects at once

  • Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company

  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%

  • Fully paid parental leave

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k benefits

  • Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters

  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office

  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

  • We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $200,000 with the ability to earn overtime. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors, including experience, skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
