The Partner Support Manager (PSM) works as part of a cohesive account team functioning to support a defined list of Spectrum's Master Agent and VAR Partners. The PSM will act as the Partner advocate, interfacing with Sales and other internal Spectrum teams to ensure a high level of Partner and customer satisfaction. Establish solid Partner relationships and provide overall account management in conjunction with the Partner Sales Manager. Solve problems, develop and distribute reporting, review processes and procedures, conduct training, develop and present annual and quarterly business reviews, and work to manage all Partner expectations. This is a multi-faceted role that requires versatility, attention to detail, dependability and commitment to continuous improvement.
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Partner with Channel Sales staff to strive to make Charter the partner of choice for Master Agents / VARs by creating an environment that is both proactively & reactively responsive to their needs.
Work as part of a cohesive account team, including Sales, pre and post-sale technical teams, order management, and other Spectrum teams in a demanding environment.
Establish solid Master Agent / VAR relationships, acting as Partners' communicator and internal advocate, understanding all facets of Partners' business.
Establish multiple, internal working relationships within various levels of the organization, and act as steering committee to identify and address issues.
Act as facilitator between account team members and maintain ownership of Partner issues.
Participate in strategic business planning sessions and other meetings with account team members and/or Partner.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual business reviews in conjunction with Partner Sales Manager.
Assist with order flow, project and order management, installations, changes, disconnects as required.
Proactively manage all aspects of projects and other requests to completion.
Effectively solve problems independently; manage complex issues and escalations.
Aggressively research various and multiple avenues to find resolution to an issue when one is not readily available.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SalesForce
Able to give presentations to large groups and speaking with customers, internal and external
Proven track record of building strong working relationships
Self-directed with the ability to handle simultaneous tasks while working efficiently and effectively
Required Education
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Related sales or sales support experience - 3+

The base pay for this position generally is between
$70,900.00 and $127,700.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
