$120,800.00 and $214,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

The Director of Human Resources plays a vital role in implementing and managing human resources policies and programs. You'll oversee areas of recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management, all of which are aligned with company goals. You'll manage the implementation of effective short and long-term strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations; workers compensation claims; HRIS database maintenance; payroll & commission reporting; employee benefit programs & annual enrollment; budget planning, and employee investigations.
- Partner with respective client groups to understand their business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support.
- Ensure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility; monitor legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADA to provide a supportive, inclusive work environment while minimizing risk/exposure to the company.
- Oversee recruiting and staffing process ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC and Affirmative Action; design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Hire, train and manage performance and development of direct reports.
- Provide consultative support to managers and supervisors to ensure the integrity of the performance management program and the development of employees.
- Manage organizational change & participate in enterprise-wide taskforce initiative.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
5+ years of management experience
Skills
- Professional communication skills; must be able to publicly address all levels of management and company personnel
- Deep understanding of HR practices and industry knowledge to evaluate and resolve complex HR issues
- Demonstrated business acumen and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment
- Expert knowledge of local state and federal employment laws and procedures; staffing and employment practices; employee relation's procedures and applicable law; wage and hour laws; recruitment trends and technologies
- Demonstrated PC skills and MS Office skills
- Can deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment
- Project management skills
- Can analyze and interpret data to build a business case
- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Decision maker that can work independently to solve problems
- Demonstrated knowledge of broadband services industry business model

- Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred
