The Opportunity...As a Partner Optimization Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving profitability and performance across our affiliate partner network. You’ll own the systems, pricing strategies, and analytics that enable Centerfield to scale our partner programs efficiently and competitively. This role bridges business strategy and operational execution—leveraging data, platforms, and processes to optimize partner relationships, streamline operations, and support growth in key markets, including Financial Services & Insurance.
How You'll Contribute...Partner Pricing Strategy:
Proactively manage and evolve our partner pricing approach to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Enhance processes and systems that differentiate our partner offering in key verticals.
Identify and execute opportunities to increase profitability within the Affiliate Channel.
Tech & Platform Operations:
Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of affiliate platforms (Everflow, Impact, PartnerStack, etc.).
Ensure accurate tracking implementation and resolve any discrepancies across systems.
Support new partner and offer launches, ensuring smooth integrations and efficient execution.
Projections & Performance Modeling:
Use historical data to build realistic revenue and volume projections for new and existing partners.
Support AOP and quarterly planning with accurate forecasting and performance insights.
Model expected affiliate performance to guide leadership decisions on budget and growth initiatives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Own all reporting related to affiliate performance, payouts, revenue, and margins.
Develop dashboards that highlight traffic volume, conversion rates, quality metrics, and profitability.
Ensure data integrity and communicate key insights clearly to partnership managers and stakeholders.
Payout & Margin Management:
Partner with finance, product, and partnership teams to ensure accurate affiliate payouts.
Monitor margins regularly and proactively flag issues such as overpayment or traffic anomalies.
Maintain profitability by tracking trends and identifying optimization opportunities.
Cross-Team Support:
Act as the operational “glue” connecting partnerships, finance, and product teams.
Standardize workflows and create process efficiencies to enable partnership managers to focus on strategic growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Ability to absorb information quickly and turn complex data into clear insights and next steps.
Working knowledge of digital and affiliate marketing, including performance metrics such as EPC, CPL, CTR, CVR, and funnel analysis.
Proven ability to build forecasting models, performance dashboards, and profitability analyses.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset.
