Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automates the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.

Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.

About the Role

The Partner Marketing Manager will build and own Tabs’ partner go-to-market strategy from the ground up, defining how product, accounting, and ecosystem partnerships show up across positioning, launches, and revenue motions. This role will directly impact pipeline growth, product adoption, and platform differentiation by turning integrations and partnerships into clear, scalable “better together” narratives that support Tabs’ core revenue platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product, accounting, and ecosystem partners, including segmentation, positioning, and launch planning.

  • Craft clear, scalable “better together” positioning that communicates joint value and reinforces Tabs’ platform story.

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and how Tabs’ products and integrations serve their workflows.

  • Lead and execute joint partner launches and co-marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and partner-specific assets.

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with playbooks, battlecards, training, and collateral that drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion.

  • Build repeatable partner marketing infrastructure: frameworks, templates, launch processes, reporting, and partner event strategy to scale GTM motion.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem GTM roles at high-growth B2B software companies

  • Experience operating in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments where GTM motions and processes are still being built

  • Proven experience owning or contributing to partner go-to-market strategy across product, platform, or integration partners

  • Track record of leading partner launches or co-marketing initiatives that drove measurable pipeline, adoption, or revenue impact

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver GTM outcomes

Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)

  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)

  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later office days.

  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks

  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits

  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)

  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)

  • 401k

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
