About the Role

The Partner Marketing team at Walrus is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to fostering strong relationships through collaborative marketing efforts and seamless event integrations. We amplify the reach and impact of our partners' initiatives by coordinating co-marketing campaigns, managing event logistics, and ensuring all partner activities align with Walrus’ strategic goals.
As a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing partner co-marketing activities and event logistics. You will coordinate with partners, gather and organize marketing assets, and ensure deadlines for branding and planning are met. Your efforts will help align events and co-marketing activities with our business goals, provide full support to partners, and respond efficiently to changes.

Some initial projects include:
  • Coordinate partner co-marketing activities, including campaign planning, asset creation, and performance tracking.

  • Manage event partner logistics, venue partner integrations, asset collections, event partner queries, and management.

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure they have the necessary support and information for successful co-marketing efforts.

  • Gather and organize marketing assets, including branding materials, promotional items, and signage.

  • Track and chase deadlines for GTM deliverables, ensuring timely completion of co-marketing and event-related tasks.

  • Address and follow up on partner questions and details related to co-marketing activities and events.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or related fields.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address co-marketing and event-related challenges.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
